Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to
manage invoice processing and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and code invoices, vouchers, and expense reports for
accurate financial entry
Match purchase orders with incoming invoices and resolve
discrepancies
Assist with monthly reports, accruals, and the implementation of a
new ERP system
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
Workday experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and
Zoom is advantageous
Background in procurement or vendor management desired
