Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team, focusing on fraud prevention and authentication solutions. This role involves working with Java 17 and Spring 6 to develop microservices within a Kubernetes/OpenShift cloud environment while ensuring secure and high-performance application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Java 17/Spring 6 microservices in a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment.
Implement and optimize database interactions using MongoDB or Oracle.
Troubleshoot cloud-based application issues, ensuring stability and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges.
Monitor and enhance application performance, implementing improvements for efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong expertise in Java 17 & Spring 6
Experience with Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment
Proficiency in working with MongoDB or Oracle databases

Preferred Skills:

Experience implementing security best practices in cloud applications
Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and authentication/authorization mechanisms
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation
Experience contributing to technical strategy and architectural design
Strong stakeholder management & risk management skills
Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
