*Job Description*Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation of Issaquah is actively seeking a *certified hand therapist* to join our team of experienced hand therapists. Our ideal candidate is a certified hand therapist or an *Occupational Therapist *with hand therapy experience, working towards their certification.Our fun, fast-paced clinic offers *45 to 60-minute, one-on-one appointments* with your patients. We work closely with hand surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. This close proximity and relationship between the hand therapist and the hand surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinicians work-life balance, so each therapist receives paid documentation time daily. We offer formal mentoring for new grads as well as a highly lucrative quarterly bonus and $1500 annual continuing education package.
