As a Short Term Care Nurse you will report directly to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing, providing a clear line of communication and support. This Short term Care Nurse will lead a team of nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, who will look to them for guidance and mentorship. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a dynamic and fulfilling work environment where patient care is paramount. As a Short-Term Care Nurse in our unit, you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing care to a diverse patient population. With a focus on efficiency and professionalism, our unit boasts a high volume of patients and operates at full capacity, keeping you engaged and challenged.
