As an Emergency Department Charge Nurse, you'll be a pivotal leader in the emergency department, reporting directly to the Director of Emergency Services. You'll oversee a team of dedicated nurses and support staff, ensuring efficient and compassionate patient care. Collaborating closely with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career in emergency nursing.
As the Emergency Department Charge Nurse, you'll lead a close-knit team in our intimate 10+ bed unit, providing personalized care in a professional and supportive environment. You'll work alongside skilled physicians, nurses, and technicians, delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact on our community.
The Emergency Department Charge Nurse, will lead by example, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in developing and mentoring staff, ensuring their clinical competencies and skills are top-notch. On the administrative side, you'll manage budgets, optimize staffing levels, oversee daily operations, and build strong relationships with physicians, all while making a meaningful impact on patient care and the success of our emergency department.
