Chartwells Higher Education is searching for a Senior Vice President of Operations to join our executive team and oversee the Pacific Northwest and part of the Southwestern Region.This high-profile, remote leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity to influence and drive operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of accounts. • Proven ability to manage a team of six or more director level or above team members
• Higher Education experience in contract food services strongly preferred - contract food service experience a must
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience leading multi-unit foodservice accounts with a combined managed volume of greater than $200 million
• Ability to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence at an Executive level; excellent presentation skills also at an Executive level
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced Fee and/or P&L driven environment
